The Norrlandsbåt is a traditional vessel in Norway that has it's origins in the Viking-ships. This kind of boat was in commercial use for fishing and transport in northern Norway until the 1950s and has become popular again with well-off modern Norwegians. The ship Hildringstimen has been restored in many years of dedicated work by it's owners.
