Rusted cross

Sometimes the closer you get to something the more interesting it becomes. Textures come out. Colors pop more and simple small details become more important.
I loved the colors and the shapes of this old rusty screw that I found on an old white fence. Everyday I passed the fence and a few times I even photographed it but I wasn't happy with the images that I captured. It is only until I photographed it as a macro that I was able to capture the essence of what was drawing me to it.
