Woodstorks and Great Egrets

One rainy day, I was coming out of a subdivision and was stunned to see a mixed flock of woodtorks and great egrets feeding in the subdivision's lake. It is a shallow lake, which is ideal for the woodstorks and acceptable for the egrets. I watched and photographed for a long time. One egret, in particular, hung out with the storks. As the storks moved up and down the lake, so did the egret.
