		<description>The only person who can regulate this is the individual. However, if you walk into a photo editor or creative directors office claiming to be a seasoned pro and present your portfolio. You are saying to that photo buyer, I can shoot these kinds of photos. If that buyer see&#039;s a photo that represents the direction they would like to go with their project. That photographer better be able to reproduce that shot or they are going to look very foolish. FYI, even as a pro for over 30 years, I have turned down jobs that exceeded my skill level at that time. So saying &quot;I am still learning so, this job is not for me, Please keep me in mind for another project though.&quot; In short, photographers with integrity will self regulate and the others will end up with egg on their face:)</description>
